The Opera Atelier and Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida present Spain, My Love at the Manuel Artime Theater on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 3:00 pm.
For generations, the allure of Spain has ignited the imagination of writers, painters, and composers. The repertory for Spain, My Love includes anthological selections from beloved Spanish-themed operas, as well as the exciting ballets choreographed by Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida Artistic Director Vladimir Issaev- all highlighting the common heritage of Spain and Latin America. Brilliant zarzuela selections -the Spanish equivalent of operetta- will round out the program. The distinguished artists Greisel Domínguez, Kiley Hernández, Silvia Ludueña, Carlos Silva, and Jorge Arcila will bring to life the opera and zarzuela selections.
