Acerca del evento

"Dis-encounters" is contemporary dance choreographic project created by Carmen Werner (Spain) and Leyson Ponce (Spain–Venezuela). The work explores the imaginaries and metaphors surrounding today’s couples.

This choreographic encounter also reflects a profound commitment to the search for new forms of expression. Dance becomes the language through which the connections between body, time, and space are explored, uniting the artists in an exercise of self-knowledge and dialogue across different origins and artistic journeys.

The Opera Atelier is pleased to present Dis-encounters as another way in which the body sings—through its own language of movement.
